Fully Funded Master of Public Health Scholarships

The European Master in Public Health | Europubhealth+ (EPH+) is a two-year integrated Master’s programme (120 ECTS) offered by eight European universities for students interested in pursuing a career in public health.

EPH+ delivers multidisciplinary training provided in a unique multicultural setting, with the pressing need to establish sustainable health systems while tackling health inequities at its core.

EPH+ is an excellent program for gaining the skills needed to become innovative public health professionals who can lead evidence-based decision-making at the local, national, and international levels.

The first academic year is devoted to public health foundations in four different ways:

In English at the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom or University College Dublin in Ireland, in Spanish at the University of Granada-Andalusian School of Public Health in Spain, or in French at the University of Liege in Belgium (Belgium).

The second year consists of lecture courses, an 8–16 week internship, and the writing and defense of a master thesis.

Students can choose from seven different specialisations in public health disciplines:

Advanced Biostatistics and Epidemiology (EHESP School of Public Health, English), France; Environmental and Occupational Health (EHESP, English), France; Governance of Health Systems in Transition (Jagiellonian University Medical College Krakow, English), Poland; Leadership in European Public Health (Maastricht U, English), Maastricht U, Maastricht U, Maastricht U, Maastricht U, Maastricht U, Maastricht U, Maastricht

Regardless of their academic path, all EPH+ students participate in collaborative web-based learning throughout the year.

Students, consortium instructors, and international academics assemble in Rennes (France) at the end of each academic year for a 3-week integration module targeted toward global health as well as the development of critical cross-cutting abilities and project management skills.

EPH+ is for students who are passionate about public health in practice.

Their educational background could include clinical disciplines (medicine, nursing, pharmacy), social sciences (sociology, economics), law, management, or technical knowledge.

EPH+ prepares the brightest students to address today’s global health concerns by combining these disciplines.

This includes leading technological and organizational innovation, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in the implementation of policies and programs, responding to the burdens of chronic conditions, containing threats such as environmental incidents or emerging infections, and managing an aging population.

Each track has its own set of language competency criteria.

EPH+ graduates will obtain a double degree (2 national degrees from Year 1 and Year 2 universities), an EPH+ Joint Certificate, and a Joint Diploma Supplement if they are successful.
